Processing Time

Custom and personalized products are made to order and typically ship within 2–3 business days.

Delivery Time

Orders are shipped from Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
